Synopsis:
The revolutionary EPFX-SCIO
Biofeedback Device was created by Professor Bill Nelson of Hungary over
a period of many years of research and development to combine holistic
medicine with advanced quantum technology based on the interaction and
interconnectedness of Consciousness and Matter. The SCIO biofeedback
device makes it possible to query the body for its most acute and

comparing them to a norm and ranking them in degree of reactivity,
identifying both acute and chronic imbalances. Clients can then be

given to attempt a balancing or harmonizing of any aberrant frequencies.

A Typical Session
An initial session with the SCIO takes approximately two hours, which
allows for the completion of the intake form as well as the Suppression
and Obstruction to Cure or "SOC" panel, which identifies lifestyle
issues and medical history and helps cue the biofeedback device to any
particular risks for the client. It is an overall value calculated by
the device to reflect the client's impediment to healing. The lower the
score, the fewer impediments to healing. Once the SOC panel is
completed, the client is connected to the SCIO with a head harness and
limb straps. The device is then calibrated and the test scan proceeds
for about four minutes, measuring the resonance or response of the body
to the 9000 items (including minerals, vitamins, toxins, allergens,
viruses, pathogens, organ functions, etc.).
When the test is complete, the practitioner reviews the highest risk
items and begins to attempt correction of priority conditions. This
process usually begins with balancing of minerals, vitamins, and organs
to better enable the body to begin healing. The more specialized
therapies can then be utilized as appropriate and a strategy for future
sessions can be developed in consultation with the client.
Follow-up sessions are approximately one hour and involve a review of
the "SOC" panel to determine if there have been any lifestyle or symptom
changes to report. Once this is accomplished, the session proceeds as
before, continuing therapy according to the client's needs and the
wellness plan established after the first session.
Distance Therapy: The SCIO can be calibrated to a person
or animal anywhere in the world using the birth date, place and name as
a trivector locator. Frequency is then transmitted via subspace with the
same accuracy as an in-person session. Frequency penetration is not as
great as when physically connected, which is often preferable for
animals or people sensitive to frequency.
What is SCIO?
SCIO technology is based on decades of research conducted in the field
of bio-energetic and bio-response medicines of the human body. The EPFX
is the original device developed by Professor Bill Nelson based on the
work of Professor Roger Nelson of Princeton University and the SCIO is
an upgrade of that original device. Both use the random noise quantum

What's the difference between EPFX and SCIO?
The
EPFX and SCIO are virtually the same device using the exact same
software, with the SCIO being the latest most 'up-to-date' model.
Additionally, the EPFX has 55 high speed frequency channels, while the
SCIO has double the power or 110 channels. Both devices have the
largest medical software package in the world. This provides for the

How does the SCIO compare with other energetic medicine

Science has shown us that your body is indeed electric; therefore
electrical reactivity in your body can be measured via responses to
impedance, amperage, voltage, capacitance, inductance and frequencies.
The device measures sixteen standard electrical parameters of your body

SCIO interfaces by limb and head contact straps to you for a highly

What does the SCIO actually do?
The SCIO scans your body like a virus-scan on a computer, looking for

and vulnerabilities. The information provided by the EPFX is
fundamentally different from X-rays, blood tests, etc., as it tells us

Is it used for other than to identify problem areas?
Actually, it's more than just a diagnostic tool. There are so many
programs on the SCIO, which after measuring the body's frequencies, also
feeds back its own frequencies to redress or neutralize destructive wave

enhance or counteract the body's own resonances The SCIO doesn't just

How does the SCIO revitalize the body?
Basically, during treatment, the SCIO measures the body's resonance /
reactance pattern and determines what benefit has occurred in the time
period since the last measurement (less than a second earlier). If there
has not been an improvement, the input resonance is altered. It
maintains each beneficial setting as long as it is helping and changes
it as soon as it is no longer useful.
Distance or Sub Space Sessions
There is another way that you can have a treatment with the SCIO and it
is in a distance session or what is called "sub space". You can either
sit across from the practitioner without being hooked up with the
harnesses, or you can relax in the comfort of your home anywhere in the

to use this device.
How does the SCIO locate you?
You have specific frequencies and signatures through your current name,
birth date and birth location. If you have your birth time then that is
also added. This signature is very specific to you.
To understand this better, this signature is similar to your cell phone
number. People can call you with your specific number, regardless of
where you are located. You don't see the physical connections between
you and your caller, but you are still connected through a wireless
network. All that is required is to have a sender and a receiver.
With the SCIO, your personal information creates the connection between
