The HERB III is a Causal Plane instrument
combining attributes of Mark I and Mark II with addition of crystal window.
This PEMF Technology based on physics and centered around Pulse
Biofeedback. The patient's
biofeedback determines which stimulus proves most therapeutic and where in
the body the stimulus is needed. These
generators can produce a wide range of frequencies which include the Rife , Scenar and Schumann ranges. The precise frequency can be measured by a
separate frequency indicator instrument, however the user does not need
to know which specific frequency is being emitted. The settings on
the instrument appropriate to each therapy session can be determined by
dowsing or kinesiology techniques or by feeling for a stick sensation when
turning the control knobs.
This portable hand-held frequency transmitter is one in a series of devices
designed to attune and realign the subtle bodies and meridians, to stimulate higher brain and Third Eye functioning a.
According to Dr William Tiller problems can be

| Some of the design insights, although originally of an inspirational source
are scientifically validated by current research and knowledge. For
example it has been well established that both the Pituitary and Pineal glands

The HERB tuner and broadcaster has the following characteristics:

Frequency Sweep: Our scanning
circuit automatically and repetitively sweeps the frequencies upwards from a low
level to a higher level. This idea was provoked by the work of Gregg
Braden who tells us that the Earth's frequency
(Schumann Resonance) is speeding up from 7.8 to 13 Hertz. Single static
frequency is also available but is better restricted to use as a probing tool.

USE OF THE HERB/RFT
The instrument has an automatic frequency scanning function, and
uses a specially selected Schumann fundamental frequency range (8 - 13 Hertz) plus
a wide range of higher harmonics to stimulate:

Any organ over which the instrument is applied such as Thyroid,
Thymus, Kidneys, etc.

The Pituitary and Pineal glands through the two lights
stimulating each eye alternately.
APPLICATION
-
The Radionic Frequency Transmitter can be applied by a
professional either sweeping the entire body or statically
applied over certain areas for 5-10 minutes at a time.

For the Pituitary and Pineal, for stronger effects, hold the
device up to the closed eyes in a darkened room with each eye looking at a light
through the eyelids. Defocus the eyes to obtain a single fused image. For
the strongest effect, open the eyes and allow the two images to fuse. Continue
for 5 minutes then re-evaluate progress.

The crystal photon chamber area on the box should be aligned
with the brow.

The auxiliary output provides a square wave which can be used
with skin electrodes to stimulate specific areas or needles as typically done in
Zapper and Electro-acupuncture applications. It can also treat along a telephone
line using our adapter. This output also drives the cold laser pen.

OTHER MODELS

The HERB/RFT 1 has a frequency fixed at 7.8 Hertz (Schumann), no audio,
no electrode output, no Pineal light stimulation.

The HERB/RFT 2 is similar to the HERB/RFT but has 12 fixed frequencies
preselected by a 12 position rotary switch. These 12 frequencies are the
most commonly used. A custom option (at extra cost) is for purchasers to
have their own choice of 12 frequencies.

The HERB/RFT 3 is similar to the HERB/RFT but has manual control over the
scanning so as to cover the entire range of brain-wave (Electro-encephalograph)
